Against all the odds, Tommy Kent and Eric Greene got their happy ending. Tommy stormed the castle to rescue the prince and they now live peacefully in their cottage. Everything is perfect.

Well… almost perfect. Their cottage is old and drafty and in constant need of repair. Neither one of them has ever fended for themself before, leading to laundry disasters and nearly setting the kitchen on fire. They don’t have the time or money to go out much. And of course, everyone believes Eric is Tommy’s lodger and nothing more.

That’s the part that hurts the most. Tommy wishes they could be open - even though it’s impossible. Lying to his family about what Eric truly means to him eats away at his conscience.

Could he ever tell them? How would they react?

Journey back to Swinging London and catch up with Tommy, Eric, The Cherry Tree Gang and their very nearly perfect life in this follow up to And Then He Kissed Me.
